All the beds in our West Yorkshire showroom can be ordered in Single, Small Double, Double, King, SuperKing as well as ‘special size’ – meaning your mattress and bed is made to your exact measurements. Choose from our wide range of contemporary wood and metal bedframes, traditional upholstered divans and stylish headboards, with the storage options that suit you. We make your bed, your way. ‘Good Things Come to Those Who Wait…’
Tailoring your bed takes time as all our mattresses are made to your specific order. Each bed is hand-crafted by skilled artisans using the finest ingredients and technology available, so they never come ‘off the shelf.’ That’s why, depending on the manufacturer and the time of year, lead times can take anywhere between one and six weeks.
‘Measuring Up’
Whilst no bed in our store is considered a standard one, every base, mattress and headboard can be made in standard metric or imperial sizes. However, we also order ‘special sizes’ from our manufacturers, your mattress and bed are then tailor-made to the exact measurements you provide us with. Meaning your bed will take up as much or as little room as you want it to.

‘It’s All About Your Base’
Here at Sleep Matters, we have an extensive range of bases for your new mattress, which can be ordered from a choice of fine fabrics and colour pallets to suit your taste. Divans either have a sprung, or, platform top, and are great if you need storage. Bedframes are a fantastic feature in any room, from contemporary wood to opulent brass, we have something for you.

‘The Complete Set’
Our Honley store showcases a wide collection of both contemporary and traditional headboards and can be upholstered in any one of our high-quality fabrics. Depending on your preference, most of our headboards can be made, either, as a strut – which sits above the mattress, or as a Deep – which continues through the depth of the base.
‘Creating The Perfect Centre Piece’
You can pick from an extensive pallet of both subtle and vibrant colours, contemporary fabrics and intricate textures for your new bed to be upholstered in. You can even opt for one of our contrast fabrics, to add depth to the buttons and piping on your new headboard. We give you complete control of every detail and ultimately of how your new bed will look in your room.

Here at Sleep Matters we are passionate about making sure you achieve the right support when you sleep. It’s something we believe you should never have to compromise on. That’s why, if you and your partner, require different levels of support, we offer dual tension mattresses and Zip and Link mattress. So, you get the support you need on your side of the bed.
